Shipping FAQ

When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 2PM Central Time usually go out the same day.
We process orders from 9AM - 4PM Central Time on weekdays.  We do not process orders on Saturday and Sunday and U.S Federal Holidays.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 States in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses. For armed forces, please select APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.

Shipping is a flat rate of $5. At the moment, we do not ship internationally.

Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the card holder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Additionally, certain orders are going to be shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

Late Shipments
We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. You may also log into your account and find this information under "my account" page.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Tracking numbers will not be activated until the package has been scanned into their systems. Please direct all delivery issues to the carrier you have selected.

Delivery services available on our site offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make mistakes. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and RENU is not responsible for errors or delays caused by carriers.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel satisfied and happy with your shopping experience at RENU. With that philosophy in mind, we handle returns and exchanges case by case. Please read the following carefully first before contacting us for return & exchange request.

Return & Exchange Period

We gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.

If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it back under any circumstances and they are not subject to a refund for sanitary and safety reasons. For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return with no restocking fees. For manufacturer defects on the original item, there will be no service fees. Return & Exchange Process

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact us at Please provide your FULL NAME on the order, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. We may request additional information, pictures or video proof of the issue if needed. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

If you received wrong items, you will be provided a return shipping label to return the erroneous items. If you are unable to print return shipping label, we may issue a store credit for the amount you spend on returning the erroneous items. 

Refund Process

Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) or as store credit. RENU is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.
